With recruitment and selection, Interselection takes care of the entire selection procedure for your open vacancy. Any suitable candidates will be presented to you by means of a proposal. If you prove suitable, you can hire the candidate yourself.

Looking for permanent staff but you don't have the time to go through an extensive selection procedure yourself. Interselection will gladly take over this for you. We first make an inventory of the position with you and then look for suitable candidates through our channels. During our selection procedure we always look at: the work history, additional experiences, diplomas and also check at least 2 references.
